Whether or not the new year has been hellish for you, we intend to go there in February with the first volume of the legendary DC/Vertigo series Hellblazer, and then jumping ahead to volume five as our next Ash Ave Comic Book Club ongoing read will cover the four volumes written by Garth Ennis. Then in March we’ll be reading the first volume of Marvel’s Runaways, and will continue our reading of Garth Ennis’ Hellblazer run with volume six of the series.
We would usually be meeting on the first Sunday of the month, but it is the big football game that day, and it drastically reduces our attendance, so we will be meeting instead on Sunday, February 11 discuss Hellblazer vol 1, and Sunday, February 18 to discuss Hellblazer vol 5, both meetings begin at 6 PM. and per usual we recommend BYOB (be it beer, beverage, or BBQ).
