As his to-do list piles up, Jack starts to fear that he can’t deliver on all the frightful promises of Halloween, and so he turns to the one person he knows can help: Oogie Boogie. Thinking this might be a chance to rekindle their friendship after their battle for the Pumpkin King title, Jack enlists Oogie Boogie to assist in Halloween preparations. . . not realizing that the embittered Oogie Boogie actually has schemes of his own.
