And just like that we’re in the final stretch of 2018 and our Transmetropolitan discussion group, truly appropriate reading for these perilous times we find ourselves. Our main selection for November promises to be at least a little less cynical, on Sunday, November 4 we’re discussing Pamela Ribon and Cat Farris’ My Boyfriend is a Bear, and later in the month we’ll round out with Transmetropolitan volumes 7+8. All titles for a given month are either available in store or a request can be made to order that title, and a reminder that they’re 15% off that month as well.

Nora has bad luck with men. When she meets an (actual) bear on a hike in the Los Angeles hills, he turns out to be the best romantic partner she’s ever had!
